After many years with agency networks, Jimmy founded IDENTUS, a creative, business, and innovation-based advisory based in France, specialized in enhancing brand experiences, perceptions, and performances.
Jimmy is also the founder of MINDLAB, an innovation academy that offers specialized professional workshops, training programs, and public seminars customized for professional, business, and academic needs.
Jimmy Ghazal is a seasoned public speaker and lecturer presenting in international conferences and events. He has been actively promoting the notion of “Experience is the new Marketing” as the challenge for brands today is no longer selling products and services, but rather enhancing and amplifying brand experiences and perceptions.
Jimmy serves as an advisor to many brands and public figures, he is a mentor in the tech startup ecosystem, and an occasional innovation/communication blogger.
In the academic realm, Jimmy is a university instructor teaching Branding, Communication, and Entrepreneurship. He serves on advisory boards for various higher-education institutions.
